LITTLE ACCIDENTS
A desperate factory worker recruits a mentally disabled ex-boyfriend to steal a pregnancy test for her. Little Accidents is traveling the festival circuit and is the recipient of the 2010 Riese Organization Award and 2010 Warner Bros. Production Award.


UN ATTIMO DI RESPIRO (A MOMENT TO BREATHE)
A young pig slaughterer dreams of escaping from his suffocating life in the Italian countryside. In a moment of panic, he makes a break for the big city -- bringing along his girlfriend's teenage sister for the ride. Un Attimo di Respiro is Sara's award-winning narrative short. It has screened at festivals across the country including the 2007 SXSW Film Festival and 2007 Tribeca Film Festival.


HALAL VIVERO
Embraced for its stark imagery and unconventional storytelling, Halal Vivero is a visual tour of a halal style, immigrant-run, live poultry market in New York City's Spanish Harlem. The film explores the life cycle of poultry, following the fascinating world of New York's live slaughterhouses and the immigrant communities who run them. Halal Vivero was a National Finalist at the 2006 Student Academy Awards and has screened at international and national film festivals.
